Job summary

The Maintenance Worker position at Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, NV, is part of the Rite of Passage family. You will perform building upkeep, lighting and minor repairs while contributing to a safe youth-centered environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, with a valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug screening. 40 hours weekly, with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required.
• Prior building maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, medical and TB tests.
• Strong written reporting and time-management skills.
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, lighting, drywall, painting and hardware work.
• Maintain vehicle fleet; complete required reports and documentation.
• Ensure safety and quality in daily maintenance tasks and repairs.
