Rite of Passage Brand is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join the team at Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, NV. This role involves general building maintenance, electrical repairs, plumbing tasks, and keeping the facility, including the vehicle fleet, in top condition.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, some maintenance experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. The position offers a pay of $19.00 per hour along with medical, dental, vision benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior building maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to prepare written reports.

• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week.

Day in the Life

The Maintenance Worker performs work orders such as general building maintenance, changing light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, sheetrock, adjusting locks and hardware, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, re‑lighting, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, grounds maintenance, and maintains the vehicle fleet. Completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior building maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
• Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
• Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week with a designated schedule and possibility of a varied schedule and overtime.
