Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and turnover.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Repair electrical circuits, switches, breakers; service light fixtures and appliances.
• Fix toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, caulking; door/window repairs.
• Paint and drywall repair as needed.
• Clear drains and sewer lines (up to 4').
