Job summary

InterSolutions is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Victoria, TX to handle service requests, turnover preparations, and ongoing community upkeep. You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry tasks while delivering strong resident service and collaboration with the maintenance supervisor and property management.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a focus on reliable hands-on work, safety, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance repair across multiple areas.
• HVAC Certification is a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safely using ladders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing the turnover process.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including repairing circuits and installing fixtures.
