Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance repair across multiple areas (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry).
• HVAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and manage turnover.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and provide excellent resident service.
