Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and manage turnover.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and debris-free.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs (electrical circuits, switches, breakers, light fixtures, appliances).
• Repair and replace toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, caulking; minor carpentry; painting and drywall as needed.
• Remove bulk trash and clear drains/sewer lines (up to 4').
