Oats Overnight, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of our production facilities. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and uphold food safety standards.

The role is Monday–Friday, 1st shift, with responsibilities spanning inspections, troubleshooting, and record-keeping in our CMMS system. Join a fast-growing, equity-backed team focused on scale and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certs are a plus.
• Minimum 4 years as maintenance or facilities technician in manufacturing or food production.
• Experience with reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct equipment inspections and perform corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes.
• Maintain and update repairs in CMMS; document preventive tasks.
• Communicate parts needs and coordinate with maintenance lead.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
