General Mills is seeking a maintenance technician at the Totino’s plant in Wellston, OH. You will install, maintain and repair processing and packaging equipment, and provide technical support while following safety policies.

We offer vacation, 401(k) match, health insurance, and an on-site fitness center and health clinic. Starting pay is 23.25–30.25 USD per hour with shift differential and pay-for-skills programs.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ongoing right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent education in a related field.
• Continuing education in maintenance/technical skills.
• Computer Maintenance Management Systems experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, repair, and replace industrial processing and packaging machinery, work tools and equipment.
• Provide technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modifications.
• Perform both uptime and down time preventative maintenance in adherence to the master PM schedule.
• Perform corrective maintenance work orders.
• Have the ability to learn and perform minor machining and welding tasks.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
