The role requires working across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with potential overtime. The site offers a comprehensive benefits package and a pay-for-skills program to reach maximum pay, plus a shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and replace industrial processing and packaging machinery and equipment.
• Provide technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and modifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance per the master PM schedule and handle downtime events.
