Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial setting, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proficient with electrical controls and troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLCs, wiring, and control circuits.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs motors, conveyors, PLCs, and related systems.
• Documents work orders in CMMS using a mobile device.
• Follows safety procedures and food safety/quality protocols.
• Trains junior technicians and support staff.
• Carries out teardown and parts replacement as needed.
