Job summary

Ditsch USA, a leading pretzel producer in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our SQF-certified facility. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain production and facility equipment while supporting continuous improvement in a 24/5 operation.

Bring 3+ years in manufacturing, strong electrical/mechanical skills, PLCs/VFDs, and the ability to work with CMMS. This role requires safety adherence, teamwork, and the drive to develop within our organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and industrial skills; PLCs and VFDs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes on the production line.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment; test repairs for quality and accuracy.
• Utilize CMMS to document issues and write Work Orders.
• Maintain plant equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Keep a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety, GMP policies and procedures.
