Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities safe, clean and well‑maintained. You will assist the manager to ensure smooth operations and quick service for customers. No experience? We will teach you!

Responsibilities include basic maintenance, cleaning, and support across store, restaurant, and truck care departments. You will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds; comfortable in varying temperatures

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of store and facility areas
• Assist in servicing systems and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration) as needed
• Support other departments with cleaning, stocking and customer-service tasks
• Cross-train in stores, restaurant, truck care and leadership duties as assigned
• Adhere to safety policies and provide a safe environment for customers and team members
