LEGEND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT in Worcester, MA is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure facilities operate efficiently and to conduct routine maintenance on building systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, and comfortable addressing a variety of maintenance tasks.

The role requires inspecting for damage, completing work orders, and documenting repairs while advancing preventative maintenance to minimize safety risks. On-call nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Available on call nights and weekends.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and complete tenant work orders (clogs, replacements, painting, etc.).
• Inspect building for structural damage and repair windows, doors, walls.
• Record completed repairs and last service dates.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance to reduce safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
