Qualifications

• Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is preferred.
• Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment.
• Dismantle machines to access and remove defective parts.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives and motors.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and correct them.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner.

Skills

Professional maintenance experience

Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA)

Carpentry skills

Ability to read blueprints
