Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in class A properties.
• Knowledge of HVAC units, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• On-call availability to respond nights/weekends.
• Strong work ethic, communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Inspect building for structural damage and perform repairs.
• Record completed repairs and service dates.
• Develop preventive maintenance measures to reduce safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
