Responsibilities

• Assist in store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Provide general customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain the facility and perform repairs as needed (HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, etc.).
• Support cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction, following company policies and procedures.
• Move and work in varying temperatures; lift 25+ pounds and assist in maintaining equipment.
