Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well‑maintained. In this customer‑facing role you’ll assist the store and truck care teams, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive experience for every customer. No prior experience?

No problem—we will train you and support your growth. You will follow safety policies, operate and maintain equipment (HVAC, fuel systems, pressure washers), and potentially cross‑train in other areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate and maintain facility systems and equipment (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, etc.).
• Potential cross-training in Store/Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
