Job summary

Winvian Farm LLC, a Relais & Chateaux luxury resort in the Litchfield Hills, is seeking a reliable full-time Maintenance Technician to keep cottages, facilities, and grounds safe and functional. Qualifications

• General maintenance and repairs across cottages, facilities, and grounds.
• Routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.
• Painting, minor carpentry, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment (mowers, tractors, power tools).
• Assist with seasonal property upkeep, including grounds care and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across guest cottages, facilities, and grounds
• Complete routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems
• Handle painting, minor carpentry, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks
• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment (mowers, tractors, power tools)
• Assist with seasonal property upkeep, including grounds care and snow removal
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and report safety hazards or repair needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to support overall property operations
