Job summary

Twin Farms in Barnard, Vermont, seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold luxury standards by maintaining guest-facing spaces and infrastructure. You will perform preventive and corrective work across buildings, grounds, and systems, with a focus on safety and discretion in a high-end environment.

The role requires strong technical ability, judgment, and a guest-focused approach. You will work independently, prioritize urgent needs, and collaborate with contracted trades as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years general maintenance experience; hospitality or luxury property preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal codes is preferred.
• OSHA General Industry certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and property systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and small appliances.
• Assist with light construction, renovation, and installation projects.
• Inspect facilities to identify repair needs and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
