Hotel Equities is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the Postcard Cabins Asheboro, NC. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs across cabins, front and back-of-house areas, and common spaces to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical school degree preferred.
• One to two years in maintenance required.
• Weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance across cabins, common areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Repair and troubleshoot fixtures, equipment and systems as needed.
• Inspect and log maintenance requests; ensure timely completion and follow-up.
• Repair televisions, phones, clock radios and minor appliances.
• Repair plumbing, replace fixtures and perform touch-up painting.
• Assist in keeping outdoor areas and building exteriors well maintained.
