Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant is hiring a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the interior and exterior areas clean and in good working order. The role involves maintaining equipment, performing routine cleaning, and assisting with general maintenance tasks across the restaurant.

Typical duties include cleaning, grounds upkeep, filtering fryers, restocking, unloading deliveries, trash handling, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• Maintenance tasks and basic upkeep of premises and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
