Love’s Travel Stops in Pecos, TX is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our stores safe, clean, and well-maintained while delivering great customer service. No experience? No problem—we teach you everything.

You’ll assist your manager, handle cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs (HVAC, fuel systems, plumbing, refrigeration), and contribute to a positive customer experience. Expect physical work, lifting 25+ pounds, and working in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• No experience? We will teach you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain the facility, including basic repairs (HVAC, fuel systems, trucks, refrigeration).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Follow safety policies to keep customers safe and satisfied.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
