Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seekingMaintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting store operations and customer service. We train newcomers, so no prior experience is necessary, and you’ll learn on the job while helping truckers, travelers, and local customers.

You will assist with HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, and general site maintenance across multiple departments, with safety at the forefront and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties.
• Emphasis on safety and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to work with store, restaurant, and truck care departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service tasks across departments.
• Use and maintain facility equipment and inspect sites for safety and reliability.
• Cross-train in other roles such as Cashier or Facility Maintenance as needed.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction in all tasks.
• Able to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
