Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well‑maintained while supporting daily store operations and fast customer service. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

Technicians perform routine maintenance on HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and related equipment, with opportunities to cross-train in other departments. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate and maintain facilities equipment (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.) and perform inspections.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store/Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and team members.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
