Job summary

Northbridge Communities in Farmington, NM is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our on-site team. This full-time role runs 8am-4pm with rotating weekends and focuses on keeping buildings and equipment safe, clean, and welcoming for residents.

• Fix small and big problems to keep our community running smoothly.
• Do regular maintenance to make sure everything looks nice and is comfortable for residents and staff.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Director to update them on systems, issues and remedies.
• Quickly and effectively respond to maintenance requests to keep residents safe and happy.
• Keep your work area clean and organized, and always follow safety rules.
