Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some basic knowledge or experience in maintenance is preferred.
• Previous LTC experience is not required.
• Eager to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Facility maintenance: ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the building and grounds.
• Repairs & upkeep: handle minor repairs such as filter changes, plumbing fixes, and carpentry.
• Equipment management: manage and maintain tools and equipment used for repairs and maintenance.
• Customer service: provide exceptional service to residents, families and team members.
