Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained while assisting store and truck care operations.

This customer-facing role emphasizes service and reliability, with on-the-job training provided for those with no prior experience. You will use various tools to clean, repair, and maintain systems (HVAC, fuel, refrigeration), lift 25+ pounds, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations including HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, and service trucks.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to protect customers and employees.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to support customer satisfaction.
