Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
• Deliver top-notch service to residents by keeping interior and exterior in prime condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance and address issues before they escalate.
• Provide emergency support after hours as needed.
• Collaborate with a family-oriented team to ensure consistent quality.
