Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by keeping interior and exterior in prime condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance and address issues before they escalate.
• Provide after-hours emergency support as needed.
