NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. You will conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance, respond to maintenance requests, and coordinate approved outside repairs.

The Maintenance Technician will help maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained environments for clients and staff.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver\'s license and insurable driving record.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repair work on buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
• Report issues to Maintenance Manager/Director of Operations/Executive Director.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently.
• Estimate repair costs for tasks and projects.
• Order parts, supplies, and equipment only after approval by the Director of Operations.
• Check the maintenance log daily and address issues reported by staff.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, following residents\' rights and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
