Job summary

Moji Food is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our dumpling production team. You will maintain production machinery, perform preventative and urgent repairs, and support facility upkeep in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on mechanical troubleshooting, basic electrical work, and adherence to GMP and safety standards. You will track parts, log maintenance, and work on a close-knit team across a refrigerated facility in Stafford.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance (food/beverage industry is a plus).
• Strong understanding of mechanical drives, gearboxes, and basic electrical (110v/220v).
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment that may be refrigerated or humid.
• A fix-it mindset with the ability to work independently in a small-team setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to our Stafford facility.

Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on food processing equipment (mixers, dumpling forming machines, conveyors, and packaging sealers).
• Facilities Upkeep: Handle basic plumbing, electrical repairs, lighting, and general handyperson tasks around the warehouse and office.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose mechanical or electrical failures to minimize production downtime.
• Food Safety (GMP): Ensure all repairs are done according to food safety standards. Maintain logs and keep the shop area clean and organized.
• Parts Inventory: Track spare parts for machines and notify management when supplies or tools need to be ordered.

Pay Range: $25/hr

Shift: One Shift per day, 40 hours a week
