Job summary

Employ-Temps Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our fabrication client in Canfield, Ohio. The role involves preventive maintenance on presses, lasers, welders, and CNC machines, with a 6:00am–3:00pm shift, Monday–Friday, and occasional weekends.

Pay is $32 per hour, based on experience, with medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, document repairs, and ensure OSHA safety

Qualifications

Basic welding and machining skills for fabrication/repair.
Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder repair.
220/480V electrical experience.

Responsibilities

Preventive maintenance: inspect and service fabrication equipment (press brakes, lasers, welders, CNC machines) to minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting and repair: diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Facility upkeep: maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.
Safety compliance: ensure machinery meets OSHA standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
