Job summary

Employ-Temps Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our fabrication client in Canfield, Ohio. The role involves preventive maintenance on presses, lasers, welders, and CNC machines, with a 6:00am–3:00pm shift, Monday–Friday, and occasional weekends.

Pay is $32 per hour, based on experience, with medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, document repairs, and ensure OSHA safety

Qualifications

• Basic welding and machining skills for fabrication/repair.
• Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder repair.
• 220/480V electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance: inspect and service fabrication equipment (press brakes, lasers, welders, CNC machines) to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting and repair: diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Facility upkeep: maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.
• Safety compliance: ensure machinery meets OSHA standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians for our client. They are a leading fabrication facility dedicated to delivering high-quality metal solutions. We are looking for a skilled Technicians who takes pride in their craft and ensures our operations run smoothly and safely.

Shift:

• 6:00am- 3:00pm Monday- Friday (Weekends as Needed)

Pay:

• $32 hourly/based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and servicing of fabrication equipment (press brakes, lasers, welders, and CNC machines) to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain general building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery meets OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.

Documentation: Keep accurate logs of repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules using our internal tracking system.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder repair.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
