Village Green is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Illinois. This role offers a pay rate of $30 per hour plus a quarterly bonus, with opportunities for commission as applicable.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs, handle work orders, assist residents, and help maintain pools and common areas while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Candidate should have strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.

• Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
• Housekeeping duties as required, as well as snow removal during winter months, when needed
• Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable
