Village Green has an immediate Maintenance Technician position available in Illinois. Responsibilities include timely work order completion, plumbing and electrical service requests, apartment turns, and resident service with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

As part of the role, you will diagnose and repair electrical issues, maintain exterior curb appeal, and perform routine housekeeping, snow removal, and pool area maintenance if applicable.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Candidate should have strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
