Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Evolve South Bay property in Carson, CA. You will care for grounds, offices, and common areas, and handle maintenance service requests across the property.

The ideal candidate has experience in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), a strong customer-service mindset, and must be reliable with on-call responsibilities. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 1 year experience in apartment maintenance on 100+ unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices and common areas.
• Completing maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Painting and apartment turnovers.
• Taking emergency calls and more.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property, Evolve South Bay, in Carson, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$26/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
