Weinstein Properties is seeking a skilled EPA-certified Maintenance Technician to join our team at a Georgetown, TX community. This full-time role offers regular hours, on-call rotation, and competitive pay with strong benefits.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with turns, and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry. A customer-centric mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.

What We Offer To Our Maintenance Technicians

• Pay: $22/hour (and up, depending on experience)
• On-call pay:
  • $150/week (calls or no calls)
  • Additional $150 per holiday on-call
• Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

Schedule as a Maintenance Technician - EPA certified

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
• Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments

Physical & Technical Requirements of a Maintenance Technician

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Background check required
