MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Emerald Place in Beaverton, OR. The role covers a range of trades to maintain and improve apartment communities and respond to service requests with a strong customer-service focus.

Ideal candidates bring multi-trade experience (plumbing, electrical, A/C) and reliability. A on-call schedule, transportation, and team collaboration are required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and teamwork
• Consent to possible audio recordings during work duties

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs
• Paint and refresh units during turnover
• Take emergency calls and respond to maintenance issues as needed

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Emerald Place, in Beaverton, OR!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
