MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Thorncroft Farms Apartments in Hillsboro, OR. The role covers multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities include grounds and common area upkeep, completing maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and handling emergency calls. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, preferably on a 200-unit property
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service attitude and ability to work in a team
• Consent to audio recording during work duties
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests
• Repair appliances as needed
• Paint and perform apartment turnovers
• Respond to emergency calls and other maintenance tasks

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Thorncroft Farms Apartments, in Hillsboro, OR!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
