MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join Axcess15 Apartments in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will handle cleaning grounds, offices and common areas, complete maintenance service requests, perform appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and respond to emergency calls.

We value a customer-service mindset, reliability, and the ability to work in a team. Qualified applicants have trades experience (plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.) and readiness for on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, AC, and other trades.
• Strong customer service mindset, flexibility and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• On-call rotation availability.
• Consent to audio recording during work duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances.
• Paint facilities and units.
• Assist with apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and issues as they arise.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Axcess15 Apartments , in Portland, OR!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
