Job summary

MCC is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Electrician to ensure electrical schematics and instrumentation are current, perform repairs during downtime, and complete preventive maintenance across production equipment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, supporting Lean and 5S, and maintaining facility repairs. On-site in Wisconsin with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
• Ability to read electrical schematics; vocational maintenance cert preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Able to multi-task and implement process improvements as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess output vs specs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
