Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Navarre, OH plant with regular travel to Massillon, OH. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment runs smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and electrical certifications. Expect Monday–Friday, 8-hour days with occasional overtime to support peak production, plus extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ten+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical certifications required.
• Knowledge of National Electric Code and OSHA regulations.
• Up to 600V electrical knowledge.
• Good communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates and completes maintenance initiatives to support production.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains mechanical, electrical, infrastructure, and HVAC equipment.
• Plans wiring layouts and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical devices.
• Prepares drawings and specifications for projects.
• Troubleshoots PLC programming and various communication formats.
• Completes projects and work orders as assigned.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned.

What you will be doing:

• Participates and completes various maintenance initiatives to support production.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and performs maintenance on all types of mechanical, infrastructure, electrical/components and HVAC equipment.
• Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit and electrical devices in buildings.
• Prepares drawings and specifications for all projects.
• Troubleshoots PLC programing as well as various communication formats.
• Completes projects and work orders as assigned.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned.
• Troubleshoots equipment to determine repairs needed.

Education and Experience Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ten plus years industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical certifications required
• Knowledgeable of the National Electric Code and OSHA regulations.
• Extensive electrical knowledge required, up to and including 600V..
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Must be able to work required overtime schedule for project completions
