RealTruck is hiring for a 2nd shift position in Massillon, Ohio. The role involves assembling, prepping, and painting fiberglass components and learning fiber glass operations with on-the-job training.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with paid orientation and training, weekly pay, and additional incentives like referral bonuses and company events. The Massillon plant is accessible via local transit, with a focus on hands-on production work.

2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am
