The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, requires 2 years in electrical/plumbing/appliance repair, strong communication, and availability for weekends or after-hours emergencies. Pay is $25.00 per hour, with benefits as described.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with the maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
