Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Ohio to perform preventive, predictive, and repair duties on production and facility equipment. You may assist with installation or relocation and must work varying shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience, knowledge of Siemens CNC/PLC automation, welding skills, and proficiency with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Strong safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
1 to 5 years’ experience preferred.
Siemens CNC and/or PLC automation background preferred.
Proficient to use welding equipment: acetylene torch, stick, MIG.
Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Proficient using a computer for work orders.
Rigging and lifting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Preventative, Predictive, and Repair maintenance on production and facility equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Aid in installation or relocation of equipment.
Work any shift, weekends, shutdowns, and overtime when needed.
May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
