Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician to maintain and repair machinery and equipment, including preventive maintenance and installation of new equipment. Key duties include repairing systems, performing PMs on processing equipment, following blueprints and manuals, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications include 2–5 years in plastics or fabrication, HSed/GED or technical degree, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of new equipment.
• Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment, processing support equipment, utility support equipment, and facility related machinery and equipment.
• Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment.
• Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and hand tools.
• Prepare maintenance reports, document and communicate actions, irregularities and continuing needs through the use of EAM.
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
