Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and hands-on repairs in a safety-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and are proficient with common maintenance tools. Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, HVAC and plumbing maintenance.
• Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Proactive, safety-conscious with ability to work independently.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain chemical tanks, ventilation systems, pumps, compressed air systems, water systems, and temperature-controlled equipment.
• Perform basic electrical repairs including lights, outlets, and switches.
• Conduct plumbing repairs on faucets, toilets, drains, and valves.
• Handle general mechanical repairs and building maintenance.
• Maintain rooftop HVAC and ventilation equipment.
• Complete and document preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Oversee outside contractors when necessary.
