Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen (ITAR-compliant facility requirement).
Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% (Europe, first year).
Based in a manufacturing facility environment (noise, protective gear required).
Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, and lifting.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
Perform repairs to building systems, including plumbing and electrical.
Execute scheduled maintenance on machines and equipment.
Operate and maintain HVAC and other facility systems.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance calls.
Install and configure new equipment and machinery.
Manage repair tools, spare parts, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain records of installation and maintenance activities.
