Job summary

Greenbridge is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service electrical control cabinets, troubleshoot, wire, and perform electrical repairs. You will maintain equipment across the production floor, warehouse, and office areas.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, fast-paced problem solving, and collaboration with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace extrusion process line equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Prioritize breakdowns based on production input.
• Troubleshoot equipment with production personnel.
• Complete work orders promptly; track parts.
• Diagnose and repair machinery or escalate to Maintenance Manager as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Clean and organize machines and shop areas; maintain tools and supplies.
• Lubricate moving parts for optimal performance.
• Record damaged, worn, or broken parts and report findings.
• Identify causes of unexpected breakdowns and implement fixes.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with production manager or plant engineer on new products and modifications.
• Test runs and adjustments to machinery as required.
