Job summary

Vintage Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Elan at Terra Bella community in Covington, LA. The role protects the physical integrity of the property and requires experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, with weekend availability and rotating call-out.

Responsibilities include apartment make-ready, completing work orders for repairs, appliance and plumbing repairs, inspections of units, and basic tool use.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment/multi-family experience.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance-specific experience.
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
